Job Title:                            Procurement /Production Coordinator

Summary: A self-motivated, detail individual to assist in our Inventory Control department. The successful individual will be hands-on; responsible for procurement of raw materials and production coordination with our contract manufacturing facilities and support of inventory management initiatives for raw materials, and finished goods.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Establish Trim pull counts utilizing tech packs, pulling and shipping of trims.
Assist in creating purchase orders in the system, scanning, logging and emailing of PO's.
Reconcile PO's to Invoices and receiving docs.
Organize and filing of purchase orders.
Run and analyze needs report on stock programs.
Manage Trim development and approval process.
Manage order process on specific categories.
Create and update Tech Pack Creation.
Generate finished goods UPC numbers.
Assist in developing new strategies to optimize pricing and purchasing efficiencies of raw materials and finished goods.
Closely monitor demand forecast, current inventory levels, and ensure timely,procurement/delivery of appropriate levels of raw materials.
Process purchase orders and follow-up with suppliers and contract manufacturers to ensure timely production.
Maintain quality inventory control levels for raw materials, and finished products.
Assist in scheduling shipments between suppliers, and production facilities.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and accuracy of procurement and inventory management procedures.
Maintain and manage weekly reporting of out of stock inventory and projected ETA to internal departments.

High School Diploma. 

Physical Demands: The physical demands described below must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

Must be able to sit for extended periods of time within a typical office environment.
Ability to look at a computer screen for extended periods of time.
Ability to continuous utilize computer keyboard to input data.
Must have close visual acuity to view a computer screen; prepare and analyze data and information; transcribe information; and read.
Must be able to hear, and having the ability to receive detailed information through oral communication.
Be able to lift and carry and transport boxes and materials up to 25lbs.
